Job Description:

This role will be responsible for driving business transformation and innovation within the Real Estate & Engineering LOBs, leveraging best practices, business process improvement, and elimination of redundant activities to add value to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage client relationships, translate their requirements, guide internal/external teams to derive solutions, drive implementation, and facilitate successful delivery.

Additionally, this role requires technical acumen, customer focus, and adaptability in given situations. The candidate will also take the lead in innovations (products & services) for the mentioned LOBs, making recommendations on software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintenance of business systems.
  • Design and document Real Estate & Engineering Business requirements.
  • Align business strategy with IT strategy.
  • Collaborate with business to identify functional requirements for process groups, and create corresponding requirement documents.
  • Facilitate estimation of solution charge-out rates to customers and negotiation with vendors.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Information Systems Management or a business-related discipline.
  • Knowledge of various business applications such as SAP.
Experience:
  • At least 10 years in Systems Consulting, Business Requirement Definition, Solution Architect, and R&D. Experience in the MENA region would be beneficial.
  • Significant exposure to and experience within the real estate/retail sector.
  • Solid understanding of available business applications.
Skills:
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • A logical mind.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
