- Financial Analysis: Review and record all lease-related transactions, including monthly rent, insurance, CAM, and taxes, to ensure proper accounting and reconciliation.
- Rent Variance Analysis: Prepare rent variance analysis for monthly reporting and annual budgeting, providing insightful recommendations to senior management.
- Tenant Analysis: Analyze leases and tenant economic scenarios, gathering thoughtful conclusions and presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Billings and Rent Projections: Perform monthly tenant billings, rent roll changes, and rent projections, applying basic ledger functions as needed.
- Critical Date Tracking: Track critical dates related to lease clauses and landlord deadlines, ensuring timely compliance.
- Landlord-Tenant Issues: Resolve landlord-tenant issues related to lease language and rent charges, providing excellent customer service.
- Account Reconciliation: Analyze account ledgers and initiate contact with tenants to collect arrears and/or reconcile outstanding balances.
- Financial Forecasts: Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and annual reconciliations, adhering to strict deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Special Projects: Assist in special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Education: AS/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field or 1-2 years of experience in a business environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, MS Excel experience preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an interest in expanding financial analysis skills.
