Position Overview

As a Human Resources Intern at Christian Dior Couture, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department through various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update company databases with new employee information, including personal details and employment documentation.
  • Oversee daily HR administrative functions, ensuring all employee records are precise and current.
  • Post job openings on the Christian Dior career portal for diverse roles.
  • Review candidate resumes and identify suitable applicants for interviews.
  • Provide a shortlist of candidates for in-person interviews with the HR and management teams.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, sending confirmation emails and calendar invitations.
  • Assist the HR team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
