As a Human Resources Intern at Christian Dior Couture, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department through various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update company databases with new employee information, including personal details and employment documentation.
- Oversee daily HR administrative functions, ensuring all employee records are precise and current.
- Post job openings on the Christian Dior career portal for diverse roles.
- Review candidate resumes and identify suitable applicants for interviews.
- Provide a shortlist of candidates for in-person interviews with the HR and management teams.
- Coordinate interview schedules, sending confirmation emails and calendar invitations.
- Assist the HR team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
