- Collaboration with the HR Team: Work closely with the People team to oversee the recruitment lifecycle, guaranteeing efficient and timely hiring practices.
- Market Analysis: Develop comprehensive market maps to pinpoint both passive and active talent.
- Internship Management: Oversee the complete recruitment process for internships and entry-level positions.
- Project Support: Assist with various special projects as directed by the People team.
- Tracking Movements: Coordinate and monitor the progress of personnel changes, including transfers and promotions, along with HR data modifications.
- People Initiatives: Provide support to the People Manager on key initiatives and projects.
- Employee Relations: Collaborate with the People team to manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and addressing concerns as necessary.
- Residency Requirements: Must be a GCC National or a UAE resident with at least 3-6 months of validity from the internship start date (only student residency or family sponsorship is acceptable).
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer and candidate satisfaction, coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Task Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, even with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments.
