Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work closely with the Vice President of Country Operations and other senior leaders to develop and refine our overall sales strategy for international real estate development projects.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Offer critical insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee Sales Processes: Supervise and oversee pre- and post-sales processes, including sales force enhancements, digital sales, and purchase agreements.
  • Implement Technology Solutions: Evaluate and implement technology solutions and tools to enhance sales operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with customer management, legal, and IT teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead System and Product Development: Own the development of sales systems and products, including sales force, trial blaze, and Genesis for sales.
  • Support Global Broker Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment of brokers worldwide and develop strategies to support their success.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager.
  • Implement Sales Strategy and Pricing: Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches.
  • Provide Accurate Reporting: Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and analysis of sales data to identify performance trends.
  • Execute Sales Approvals and Memos: Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos.
  • Plan Promotional Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and forecast financial returns.
  • Develop Sales Performance Reports: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement, track progress against sales goals, and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to the sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Sales Management Operations in a large real estate company within the GCC or internationally.
