Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our team at EDGE Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing salary structures that balance internal equity and external competitiveness. This includes developing and managing annual merit and promotions frameworks, ensuring alignment with performance and business goals.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Compensation and Benefits Strategist will also provide recommendations for new benefits introduction based on market research and internal needs analysis. They will collaborate with the OD & Finance team to develop and refine manpower budgeting processes, and monitor and report on compensation and benefits expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
