Key Responsibilities
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with team members to pinpoint areas for enhancement and to devise a strategy for ongoing improvement.
  • Role Clarity: Ensure that every team member comprehends their specific duties and job expectations.
  • Reporting: Accurately compile and submit reports to the Operations team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Financial Awareness: Provide the team with a clear understanding of spa costs and expenditures, including petty cash and product usage.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Administer disciplinary measures as necessary, maintaining precise records of verbal and written warnings for policy infractions.
  • Weekly Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with all team members to discuss weekly revenue challenges, review sales techniques, assess teamwork quality, identify training needs, and address any other pertinent issues.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other related tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Training Programs: Organize training sessions focused on up-selling, spa promotions, and event management for managers and their teams.
  • Display Management: Oversee retail and spa service displays in both spa and public areas to ensure they are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to design and implement internal spa promotional packages.
