The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling all administrative functions associated with full-life cycle recruiting. This includes sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with superior heads and hiring managers. You will also recruit for internal requirements, understand hiring manager needs, attract candidates through various channels, review resumes, and schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates, stay updated on hiring trends, and maintain daily reports in a tracker.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and recruitment expertise are essential.
  • Hands-on experience in the full cycle of recruitment is preferred.
  • You should be energetic and organized, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong oral and written business communications skills are required, along with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and Indeed is mandatory.
