  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various channels and tools.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and progress through the recruitment process.
  • Provide training and support to HRBP and Admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR generalist roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
