Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate Competitive Bids and Estimates: Develop and submit bids and estimates for our clients, taking into account the best available product mix and technical and commercial considerations.
  • Manage Proposal Documentation: Ensure that all proposal documentation is well-organized, accurate, and complete, including full and accurate costs.
  • Define Optimal Cost Solutions: Determine the most optimized cost for proposed solutions and communicate this to the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, and engineering, to ensure that proposals meet the needs of our clients.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Analyze potential risks in bids, quotations, and estimates, and participate in the risk review process to ensure that our proposals are robust and reliable.
Requirements
  • Engineering Graduate: Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as automation or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in bids and proposals, with a focus on automation solutions for greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Estimation and Tendering Experience: Have experience in estimating and tendering for system solutions, with a focus on the oil and gas industry and the UAE market.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Have experience working in a multinational organization and hold relevant certifications or qualifications.
