Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at Al Khayyat Investments (AKI). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional results in the Fitness division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, ensuring maximum profitability and growth within assigned territories/market segments.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying new opportunities and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Fitness industry, preferably with experience working with Technogym, Precor, or Matrix equipment.
