We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team as a Relationship Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our credit card products to prospective customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential customers and understand their financial needs.
  2. Bilateral communication skills are essential in this role, where you will build rapport with clients and explain the benefits of our credit cards.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to the growth of our business.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in Banking Sales or Direct Sales Acquisition (DSA).
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers over the phone.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to meet sales targets and overcome objections.
  4. A basic understanding of credit cards, financial services, and industry regulations.
  5. A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Organized and able to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks.
