Job Description

As a Strategic Business Development Specialist at Albaddad Capital, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services. You will build company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and confidence in the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • Builddintrust with existing clients through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative event concepts and strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Strategic Business Development Specialist, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should have the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals clearly and concisely. Additionally, you should have tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sales and business development. Your experience in exhibitions/rentals/structures is a plus. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a relevant field is required.
