Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MICE Sales Executive to join our team at Hotel Management and Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute all sales activities related to MICE events, including face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, and entertainment.
  2. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and sales activities.
  3. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations.
  4. Solicit and serve transient and group business, as well as meetings and events.
  5. Maximize up-selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities that complement MICE bookings.
  6. Stay up-to-date with properties' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies to effectively communicate with clients.
  7. Communicate final details of all confirmed bookings to the Sales Manager for contract preparation and client signature.
  8. Maintain and update sales and catering systems as per company standards.
  9. Obtain client feedback after each event and communicate the outcome to the concerned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate work experience in a similar position in the Sharjah UAE market.
  • Degree in sales or a related field.
  • Good computer skills and a perfect command of English.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and promote the brand image and market status.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
