Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our team at SKYDEST. As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers, actively sourcing new sales opportunities, and developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing to drive business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers and drive sales.
  • Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Create a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
