Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical business teams to analyze and comprehend the needs of our clients.
  • Utilize various platforms to search and source resumes.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings via phone interviews.
  • Execute in-depth job interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Develop and negotiate compensation packages and contracts.
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts and the onboarding process for new consultants.
  • Engage in recruitment initiatives such as organizing events, challenges, and campus management, as well as team-building activities.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:
