Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Utilize ATS to track all candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular reporting and performance measures against metrics to share with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience within an internal Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency.
- Excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
- A proven track record of developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
