The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the assigned outlet as a profitable entity, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through effective planning, organization, direction, and control of the Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Food & Beverage service to guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established performance and productivity standards to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Monitor and maintain operating supplies by controlling beverage par stock and other necessary items to ensure seamless operations while minimizing spoilage and waste.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, implementing a multi-tasking approach, and periodically assess their performance to ensure high standards are met.
  • Exhibit flexibility in job duties and responsibilities, which may include reassignment to different departments as required to meet business demands and guest service needs.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in the hospitality industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in mixology techniques and knowledge.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and train the bar team effectively.
  • A degree in hotel management is advantageous.
