Key Responsibilities:

The Concierge Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience at The First Group Dubai properties. This includes:

  1. Creating and executing plans to increase revenue through excursions and tours.
  2. Providing monthly production reports on revenue generated via the Concierge team.
  3. Guiding the Concierge team on proper procedures and guest handling.
  4. Developing and implementing procedures and processes for VIP check-in, tour generation, and excursion selling and booking.
  5. Managing logistics of tours booked for guests.
  6. Providing dedicated preferential treatment to TFG owners/investors and ensuring they are properly recognized.
  7. Ensuring the Concierge team has extensive knowledge about The First Group Dubai, investment opportunities, hotels, and Food & Beverage venues and offers.
  8. Ensuring the Concierge team is well-informed and ready to answer questions about the UAE and has in-depth knowledge of Dubai must-see attractions and tours.
  9. Signing up clients for the TFG Hotels loyalty program.
  10. Being able to stand in and replace (if and when needed) TFG Concierge reps, encompassing all their daily duties.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Hospitality or Tourism experience for a minimum of 2 years.
  2. Preferably with front of the office or guest-facing activities experience.
  3. Knowledge of Dubai basic tours and attractions is a must.
