Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Management & Policy Development:

  • Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking:
  • Develop and implement a competitive compensation framework tailored to MENA markets. Conduct market benchmarking and pay structure analysis to ensure salaries remain competitive and aligned with business needs.
  • Governance & Compliance:
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with local employment laws and company guidelines. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in employment, taxation, and social security laws across MENA.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of MENA labor laws, tax regulations, and market trends related to total rewards.
  • Experience with market benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
