About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team at Kerzner International. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and handling all cashiering transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all check-ins and check-outs are processed efficiently and accurately, both during the day and night
- Handle all cashiering transactions, including room assignments, key card distribution, and payment processing
- Assist guests with their requests and needs throughout their stay, including arranging activities, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and services
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury property industry. You will also need to be proficient in hotel reservations systems, such as Opera, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in multiple languages, including Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German, is an advantage.
