About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the commercial vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Technical Field Sales colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
  • Generate and update Request for Quotation lists, Sales Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices independently
  • Proactively inform customers about delivery time updates or delays, coordinating closely with logistics teams
  • Administrate customer contracts and agreements within the Sales Support function
  • Administrate, maintain, and monitor the execution of Customer Master Data
  • Enable support to Customer Order Management and Order Management Tasks
Requirements
  • At least 23 years of sales support experience, with a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry
  • Substantial experience with Product Management, pricing, marketing, branding, distribution, customer requirements, and trends
  • Ability to lead swiftly in front of the customer and be knowledgeable about product and material availability
  • Collaborative approach and customer focus with a service delivery orientation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills under high pressure
  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
