Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, IP protocols, and Office 365, with experience in Google Suite (Workspace) administration.
