Lead Sales Specialist in Textile Solutions

Caliberly is seeking a seasoned and proactive Lead Sales Specialist to enhance our team focused on textile solutions within the home furnishings sector. The successful candidate will possess a solid history in textile sales, exceptional client engagement skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of the home furnishings market. This position demands a strategic mindset coupled with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to foster sales growth and support the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute robust sales strategies aimed at meeting sales objectives and broadening the client base in the home furnishings market.
- Identify and target new business prospects to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with current and prospective clients to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with customer needs and market demands.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring advantageous terms and conditions for the organization.
- Provide consistent sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and suggestions for enhancements.
- Engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to showcase the company's offerings.
- Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in textile sales with a robust network of client relationships in the home furnishings sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license.
