Business Development Executive with Farsi Language Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive with expertise in the Farsi language to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities, and promote and sell our products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity.
  • Account Management: Assist clients with account setup, ensuring all necessary documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently.
  • Business Development: Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs, and track client activities and market conditions to offer insights and assistance as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client queries related to accounts, funding, and withdrawals.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement.
  • Reporting: Report issues to management and work with the team to find effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Farsi (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the FX, iGaming, financial sector, or FinTech.
  • Location: Already settled in Dubai with the ability to work under a Service Agreement.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, and adapt to changes.
  • Teamwork: Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as per business needs.
