Job Title: Business Development Executive with Farsi Language Expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, Dubai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive with expertise in the Farsi language to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the financial services, iGaming, and FinTech industries.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise messaging and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Farsi (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services, iGaming, or FinTech industries.
  • Location: Already pre-settled in Dubai with the ability to work under a Service Agreement.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
  • Work Style: Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
