This position has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the RAK FTZ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chairman Office operates in an efficient and effective manner by assisting them with a broad range of functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO and Chairman in managing their schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining the office's operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to enhance office efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure the office's compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
