Responsibilities- Lead Generation: To identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Account Management: To maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met through effective communication and account management.
- Sales Strategy: To develop and implement sales strategies that align with the hotel's goals and objectives, and to continuously improve sales performance through data analysis and market research.
- Team Leadership: To provide guidance, support, and leadership to junior sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
