We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at Novotel Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel's high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Welcome and Relations: Provide a warm and personalized welcome to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Procedures: Ensure that all administrative procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively, without compromising guest relations.
  • Sales and Upselling: Make every effort to meet guests' needs and conclude sales, while also maximizing upselling opportunities.
  • Guest Loyalty: Develop friendly and personalized relationships with our guests, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
  • Brand Representation: Convey the Novotel brand and hotel image through your irreproachable attitude and behavior.
  • Customer Service: Provide answers and solutions that are adapted to customers' needs, taking into account the hotel's accommodation possibilities.
  • New Customer Identification: Identify new customers and modify the sales pitch accordingly to meet their needs.
  • Service Promotion: Inform customers about the services on offer at the hotel and encourage them to use them.
  • Local Area Knowledge: Be familiar with the local area around the hotel, including the competition, and suggest other Accor hotels to customers if the hotel is full.
  • Group Loyalty Program: Promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program to our guests.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree: Diploma or degree in hospitality, F&B, or sales.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 or 2 years' experience in a customer service or telephone contact position.
  • Training: Accessible to beginners, with on-the-job training.
  • Tools and Knowledge: Knowledge of reservation and distribution tools, as well as the hospitality sector.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate, with proficiency in desktop applications and internet.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in the national language, with good working knowledge of English. A third language would be a plus.
