The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement site safety plans and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.
  4. Collaborate with management to develop and implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, preferably in Pumping Station, Construction rehabilitation work, and Wastewater background.
  • NEBOSH IGC level 3 certification and other HSE-related diploma certifications.
