We are seeking an experienced HSE Managerwith ADNOC approval to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The HSE Managerwill be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects ofhealth safety and environmental compliance within our oil and gasoperations ensuring alignment with ADNOC regulations andstandards.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Developimplement and maintain comprehensive health safety andenvironmental management systems in line with ADNOCrequirements.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HSEprofessionals providing guidance support and training as necessaryto ensure a culture of safetyexcellence.
  3. Conduct regular inspections auditsand risk assessments to identify hazards assess risks and implementappropriate control measures.
  4. Coordinate withproject managers engineers and contractors to ensure compliancewith HSE regulations and standards throughout all phases of project.
  5. Investigate incidents accidents and nearmisses identifying root causes and implementing corrective andpreventive actions to preventrecurrence.
  6. Liaise with regulatory authoritiesindustry organizations and stakeholders to stay updated onHSErelated regulations standards and bestpractices.
  7. Prepare and submit reportsstatistics and documentation as required by ADNOC and otherregulatory bodies.
  8. Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance HSE performance efficiency and effectivenessacross the organization.
  9. Promote a culture ofsafety awareness and accountability among employees contractors andsubcontractors through training communication and engagementprograms.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inrelevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from aninstitution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degreesin the country of issue)
years relevantexperience.

Minimum one of thefollowing:
    NEBOSH IGC orEquivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOCGroup)
    Any other HSEcertifications (considered at ADNOC Groupdiscretion)
    Lead auditorISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
   Incident Investigationtechnique.
    Additional HSETrainings / Certifications will be addedadvantage

Experience Details
    Have aprevious approval from ADNOC ONSHORE
   Have strong understanding of the HSE issues practices andbehavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPCbusiness.
     Able to lead ateam of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers Sr. HSE officersHSE officers etc.
     Soundunderstanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislativerequirements.
     Broadknowledge and experience in auditprocesses.
    Competency inSSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.
   Ability to develop HSE plans Emergency responseprocedures/plans.
    Abilityto analyse incidents and apply root cause analysistechniques.
    Awareness ofH2S hazards and control measures.
   Ability to speak read & write English with goodcommunication skills.
   Effective interpersonal and verbal & writtencommunicationskills.
