The role of HSE Lead at Bilfinger Middle East is to oversee the health, safety, and environmental aspects of management systems for the company and construction supervision projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal, client, and company HSE requirements, manage contractor HSE performance, and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- HSE Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and site inspections to identify potential safety issues and implement corrective actions.
- Auditing and Reporting: Perform HSE audits and prepare reports, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Awareness: Design and deliver HSE training programs to employees, contractors, and site personnel to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in any technical engineering field or a related discipline. A Diploma or IGC level 3 in NEBOSH or equivalent and ADOSH certification are also required. Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in HSE management, preferably in infrastructure, oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive HSE initiatives across multiple teams are essential.
