**Business Development Support Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Support Specialist to join our team at ENGIE Middle East. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new business opportunities and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Management of Expressions of Interest and Requests for Qualification**: Coordinate and manage the receipt and review of Expressions of Interest and Requests for Qualification from potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • **Preparation of Proposals and Bid Submissions**: Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid submissions, including the development of bid strategies, creation of bid documents, and coordination of bid teams.
  • **Support to Asset Management Teams**: Provide administrative support to our Asset Management teams, including the management of project documentation, coordination of meetings, and maintenance of project records.
  • **Bid Preparation and Coordination**: Assist in the preparation and coordination of bid submissions, including the development of bid strategies, creation of bid documents, and coordination of bid teams.
  • **Knowledge Sharing and Training**: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and provide training and support to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
  • **Database Management**: Maintain and update our database of project information, including project details, client information, and bid history.
  • **GROW Database Administration**: Administer our GROW database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and providing support to users as needed.
  • **One-on-One Training**: Provide one-on-one training to end-users on the use of our GROW database and other business tools.
  • **Troubleshooting and Coordination**: Troubleshoot and coordinate issues related to the use of our GROW database and other business tools, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • **Project Sheet Updates**: Ensure timely updates to project sheets, including the uploading of key documents and project information.
  • **BD File Management**: Organize and manage Business Development files in Teams/SharePoint, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • **Document Management**: Coordinate the upload of key documents to GROW and SharePoint, and manage access rights as needed.
  • **Documentation Requirements**: Understand and communicate documentation requirements to developers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • **Document Management Solution**: Establish and maintain a robust document management solution, working with user groups and IT to ensure effective implementation.
  • **Committee Organization**: Organize and coordinate committees, including the Origination, Development, Investment, Decision Gates, and REX committees.
  • **Agenda Management**: Manage the agenda for organizing various approvals, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • **BD Support**: Provide support to the Business Development team and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
