Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the software, AI, big data, IoT, and robotics sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the emerging technologies market.
  • Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on market developments and competitor activities to inform business strategy and positioning.
  • Prepare and Present Sales Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide Sales Forecasts and Reports: Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrate a strong sales background within the software, AI, big data, IoT, or robotics industries.
  • Emerging Technologies Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to convey their value to potential clients.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively as needed.
  • Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to travel within the UAE as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
