Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Manage the RGM's diary and agenda, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including monthly and weekly summaries.
- Ensure timely turnaround of documents requiring the RGM's signature.
- Communication and Liaison
- Build and maintain relationships with HODs, owner's office, corporate office, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and information exchange.
- Respond to Trust You feedback, update the Trust You website, and liaise with departments to gather information for guest complaints.
- Confidentiality and Discretion
- Maintain confidentiality of private communication and personal/official documents.
- Day-to-Day Operations
- Administer the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office.
- Personally greet internal/external guests, offer support, and direct inquiries.
- Qualifications
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
