We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Front Office Door Attendant to join our team at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and efficient handling of all guest luggage, as well as providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Luggage Handling: Ensure the safe and efficient handling of all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, and departure.
- Baggage Claim Tags: Ensure that every luggage is covered with a baggage claim tag.
- Parking and Vehicle Management: Park guests' and visitors' vehicles in the designated hotel parking area.
- Guest Complaints and Requests: Resolve guests' complaints and requests, and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow-up.
- Guest Security: Handle the issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Relevant Skills: Relevant experience as a Bell Attendant or similar is an asset.
- Personal Qualities: Highly responsible and reliable, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attitude and Personality: Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
