Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Al-Futtaim Health. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing B2B corporate customer accounts in the sales of OEM parts, OES parts, tyres, and batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts, tyres, and batteries to large corporate customers and increase sales in the assigned area.
  • Work closely with other team leaders in different regions to provide customers with a wide range of products and services offered by Al-Futtaim.
  • Deliver products and solutions to customers while working with the team and reinforce relationships by providing expert advice and support.
  • Responsible for delivering parts, tyres, and batteries volume, mix, and margin by generating new business and expanding existing business.
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring their smooth transition into the business.
  • Prepare regular reports and data to showcase progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled properly and in a timely manner.
  • Implement sales discipline, including sales returns, ensuring the availability of legal documents, and tracking competitor information.

Requirements:

  • High level of selling skills in the context of parts sales to large corporate accounts.
  • Strong financial and UAE market knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively manage various tasks related to sales processes.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
