About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Tier II IT Support professional to join our client's team in Newton. As a key member of the support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients, handling escalations from the helpdesk, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II support for clients, resolving technical issues and improving overall customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support, applying this knowledge to improve support services
  • Work closely with the client's team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance support efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Google, and other cloud-based platforms
  • Experience with laptop troubleshooting, remote key-in, and Windows service troubleshooting and installation
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in professional services, with a strong understanding of the client's business needs and goals
