Job Title: Key Account Executive

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize Business Development Agreements with customers.
  • Achieve Perfect Stores Target on a monthly basis. Implement annual Business Development Agreements.
  • Plan/execute the brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders in advance for smooth and timely execution.
  • Periodic shop visits to control the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, competitive events.
  • Control of the credit notes/money collections and making sure raising Credit notes on time.
  • Maintain clean and reconciled books of account. Identify and highlight customer opportunities, report, and share competitors' activities.
  • Maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customers.
  • Communication with Key Account Customers Headquarters & Supermarket Staff on the shop floor.
  • Good communication among the internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing & Cat Ops, Sales, and Merchandising team).
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • 5 Years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Team commitment.
  • Has customer management and selling essentials.
  • Objective, analytical power.
  • Influencing others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Full proficiency of English and Arabic language.
Skills:
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and manage effectively at a store/customer level.
  • Understanding channel & customers levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization (internally & externally).
  • Strong bias for action to drive through change with multiple markets/stakeholders. Business Development & channel strategy building.
