- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and end-users.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the GCC markets.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
