Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the telecom industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points, as well as the ability to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and end-users.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the GCC markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
