Sales Development Executive for Sports Flooring Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Polska Fabryka Sportow, a leading manufacturer of high-quality sports flooring solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships within the sports flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Client Engagement & Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project managers.
- Provide clients with product knowledge, specifications, and suitable flooring solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Site Visits & Product Demonstrations
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide recommendations.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Quotations & Contract Negotiations
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all sales transactions and agreements comply with company policies.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in sports flooring or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho software is a must.
