- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target key clients.
- Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing customized recruitment solutions.
