Polska Fabryka Sportow Factory LLC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality sports flooring solutions. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we cater to a diverse clientele, delivering durable and performance-driven flooring systems across the UAE and beyond. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team, specializing in Sports Flooring sales. The ideal candidates should have in-depth knowledge of flooring materials and systems, along with strong sales and negotiation skills within the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports flooring industry.
    2. Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors.
    3. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  2. Client Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project managers.
    2. Provide clients with product knowledge, specifications, and suitable flooring solutions.
    3. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Site Visits & Presentations:
    1. Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide recommendations.
    2. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  4. Quotations & Negotiations:
    1. Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients.
    2. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
  5. Coordination & Reporting:
    1. Coordinate with internal teams (installation, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth project execution.
    2. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  6. Targets & Performance:
    1. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
    2. Continuously work on improving sales techniques and market knowledge.
  7. Compliance & Documentation:
    1. Ensure all sales transactions and agreements comply with company policies.
    2. Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in sports flooring or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Must hold a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho software is a must.
  • Performance-based incentives.
