Customer Support Manager

The Customer Support Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring and measuring spare and repair management, working closely with airline purchasing departments, and managing customer satisfaction through internal and external performance scorecards and indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and measure spare and repair management
- Work closely with airline purchasing departments
- Manage customer satisfaction through internal and external performance scorecards and indicators
- Perform onsite customer visits
- Report to the Customer Support Director or Senior Customer Support Manager
Proficient with MS Project and competent with MS Office programs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, leadership skills, organizational skills, and ability to analyze and summarize information.
Work EnvironmentUp to 50% of the time spent on customer visits and meetings.
