Customer Success Manager - Construction Engineering Expert

As a Customer Success Manager - Construction Engineering Expert at Oracle, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with customers to ensure their success. Your primary goal will be to help customers realize the full value of their investment in Oracle's products and services, leading to renewals and expansions.

You will act as the main point of contact for Oracle customers, providing support and guidance on the effective use of Oracle's products and services. You will work closely with the Account Management and Sales teams to support strategic client initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of the Operational Plan and Key Success metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties
  • Planning and deploying support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints
  • Managing change, risk, issues, and monitoring the client status and 'health' to support customer satisfaction levels
  • Advising customers on effective and efficient ways to use Oracle's support services and products
  • Managing on-boarding, upgrades, patching, and other change management activities for cloud customers
  • Guiding customers through significant service milestones such as upgrades, new releases, etc.
  • Driving customer adoption working with internal CEGBU teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Provisioning, etc.)
  • Assuring and improving the quality of the service, maintaining accurate account information
  • Communicating opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars
  • Assisting in the renewal of client agreements and contributing to pre-sales activities where required
  • Providing generic best practices and industry benchmarking materials via self-service and proactive push communication
  • Collaborating with Oracle's Marketing team by encouraging customer advocacy and creation of case studies to help maintain the Customer References program
  • Identifying expansion opportunities via high-value relationships with the client
