About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Excellence Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in luxury real estate sales.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets, working closely with the sales team and brokers.
  • Provide expert knowledge on luxury waterfront properties, delivering engaging sales presentations and managing client expectations.
  • Manage sales pipelines and generate reports using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of UAE real estate experience, with a proven track record of achieving AED 8M+ in monthly sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Prior experience in selling high-end apartments, villas, or waterfront properties.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, French, German, Russian, or Hindi/Urdu are a plus.
