Primary Responsibilities

  1. Produce stunning video content for luxurious residential and commercial properties across Dubai
  2. Develop our distinctive visual identity for property video tours and marketing materials
  3. Shoot professional drone footage of properties and cityscapes (DCAA certification required)
  4. Collaborate closely with our founding team and real estate partners
  5. Independently plan and execute video shoots
  6. Edit raw footage into polished final products that meet luxury market standards
  7. Design captivating property walk-through videos highlighting unique architectural features
  8. Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining quick turnaround times
  9. Maintain and handle professional video equipment
  10. Curate and organize our video content library
  11. Stay updated on the latest videography trends and regional aesthetic preferences

Must-Have Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of professional videography experience
  2. DCAA (Dubai Civil Aviation Authority) drone certification or willingness to obtain
  3. In-depth knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  4. Experience with lighting techniques and professional audio recording
  5. Proficiency with DSLR or professional-grade video cameras
  6. UAE driving license or ability to obtain one
  7. Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  8. Superb communication skills in English
  9. Ability to work flexible hours
