About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and business associates.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing reports and administration tasks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with other staff members to complete assigned tasks and build strong relationships with clients and business associates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the Middle East region and its culture.

We are looking for an individual who is diplomatic, customer-driven, and can deal with stressful situations at times. Local experience of around two years would be a bonus, as it would enable you to assist with inquiries effectively and know the city well.
