Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential homeowners.
  • Effectively communicate Foreground.'s offerings and value proposition to homeowners, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring a seamless transition for homeowners.
  • Act as a liaison between homeowners and internal departments, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional support to homeowners, maintaining open communication and responding to their needs in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the property service team to ensure maintenance and repairs are handled efficiently.
  • Conduct regular property assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to homeowners.
  • Audit rental listings and property management software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform quarterly reviews with homeowners to discuss rental performance and property condition.
  • Work closely with the Rate Manager to explain pricing to homeowners and address any concerns they may have.
  • Review and respond to homeowner statements and billing inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure homeowner accounts are up-to-date and outstanding invoices are paid in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, customer service, or account management.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Capable of independently initiating and completing projects.
  • Proficient in engaging with senior management, external clients, and vendors.
  • Warm, empathetic, and confident in conveying the company's value proposition.
  • Sound judgment, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to industry challenges.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
