About the Role

The Membership Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring the membership operations of SIRO are maintained to the highest standard. This includes promoting the overall philosophy and services of SIRO, working together with guests and members to unlock and achieve their goals, and curating a journey dedicated to a guest's needs, delivering rewarding experiences in the short term and long-lasting success to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a multicultural/5-star hotel environment or fitness membership enrollment environment. They should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have a positive attitude, superior interpersonal skills, excellent communication, strong organizational, and time management abilities. They should be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
